Carla Lüps

The objective of my studies was to become "part of the solution" and not "part of the problem". The problem in my eyes is that our lifestyle destroys necessary ecosystems and increases social inequality. My objective led me to Leuphana University Lüneburg, where I studied business administration and sustainability sciences. I then went to the University of Applied Sciences Stuttgart, where I completed a Master's degree (M.Sc.) in "Green Logistics" in 2021.

As a research assistant in MoveMe, I am interested in how mobility transitions outside of big cities can look like and what role different actors (companies, civil society, politics, science) play in it. My goal is to learn more about how we can facilitate the networking process of these actors and encourage them to take action, and how knowledge from research is translated into practice.
